Conditions of participation for the Caravanya Advent competition

Here are the conditions of participation at a glance
§ 1 Organiser
The organiser of the competitions is Duicorn GmbH & Co KG, Eisenbahnstraße 121-123, 04315 Leipzig (hereinafter referred to as "Caravanya"). If you have any questions about the competition, you can contact us by email at moc.aynavarac@onullfni
§ 2 Scope of application / exemption from Instagram and Facebook
These conditions of participation apply to competitions organised via the Instagram profile @caravanya_app and the Facebook profile @Caravanya.
The competitions are in no way connected to Instagram or Facebook and are in no way sponsored, supported or organised by these platforms. Both platforms are therefore exempt from any claims in connection with the competition.
§ 3 Participation in the competition
Depending on the Advent competition, participation takes place, for example, by commenting on posts or answering questions. The exact conditions of participation can be found in the respective competition post.
- The competition begins with the publication of the respective post.
- Participation is only possible until the specified end date:
  1st Advent: 04.12.2024, 23:59
  2nd Advent: 11.12.2024, 23:59 hrs
  3rd Advent: 18/12/2024, 11:59 pm
  4th Advent: 25.12.2024, 23:59 hrs
§ 4 Eligible participants / participation
By participating in the competition, participants recognise these general terms and conditions of participation. All natural persons over the age of 18 who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.
- Employees of Caravanya and the respective competition partners and their relatives are excluded from participation.
- Participation via competition clubs, competition entry services or automated entries (e.g. bots) is prohibited.
- Multiple entries or false information will result in exclusion from the competition.
§ Section 5 Prizes
The prizes awarded and the respective partners will be announced in the competition posts.
- Only non-cash prizes will be awarded.
- Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prizes is excluded.
- Caravanya is not liable for defects or damage to the prizes provided by partners.
§ 6 Determination of prizes, notification and complaints
- The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- The winners will generally be determined within one day of the end of the respective competition.
- The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook.
- Each winner must respond within 5 working days of notification. If no response is received, a new winner will be chosen.
- The prizes are usually handed over by post and for Caravanya Pro accounts by digital means. Caravanya or a partner is responsible for dispatch.
§ 7 Premature termination of the competition
Caravanya reserves the right to change, cancel or terminate the competition due to unforeseen circumstances. These include, in particular, technical problems, legal obstacles or force majeure.
§ 8 Data protection
- As part of the competition, the Instagram and Facebook names of the participants and any other data required for processing will be collected and stored for the purpose of determining the winner.
- The data will be used exclusively for the realisation of the competition and will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the respective competition. Comments on Instagram and Facebook remain publicly visible.
- Participants have the right to request information about their stored data and to request its deletion or correction. A revocation of consent can be sent by e-mail to moc.aynavarac@onullfni. In this case, participation in the competition is no longer possible.
§ 9 Applicable law
The competitions are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
- Participation in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board is excluded.
- Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and the judgement of the entries.
